CONTEXT

CROISI EUROPE has pioneered river cruising on the most beautiful watrerways in Europe, and are Europe's largest and most experienced cruise line. They are now targeting Chinese travellers, because this market represents a great potential as cruise travels are increasingly popular to them.

Our Approach

The number of Chinese independent travellers going abroad is growing each year (especially with the recent global pandemic) and they take all the information that they need online via social media, travelller forums and Baidu. Thus, it's important to be present online if you want to reach this kind of new customer. We have a strong operating team in Chinese and focus on providing comprehensive image buidling and maintenance services for our clients. 

Our Solutions

We have created localized content to be distributed to journalists. We also built a new website in both English and Chinese, whish were optimiezed for better visibility. We made a market survey to help customers understand the Chinee cruise market, and created an elaborate an defficient strategy. Finally, we built their WeChat mini-site which represents their company and their cruises in the best way possible.
